A Richmond native and Benedictine College Prep graduate, Wayne Whiting brings deep local knowledge and relentless drive to every client he serves. After living in New York City, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta, Wayne returned home to Richmond in 2016—fully invested in helping families build their lives here.
Wayne is a proud graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, where he earned his BA degree and competed as a dual-sport Division I athlete in both basketball and football for the VMI Keydets. That same discipline, work ethic, and competitive focus now fuel his real estate business.
Known for his attention to detail, persistence, and client-first mentality, Wayne helps buyers and sellers navigate the Central Virginia market with confidence.
