Cole Spicer is a Realtor and the Team Lead of the Spicer Real Estate Team at Hometown Realty, proudly serving Glen Allen, Henrico, Hanover, Goochland, Richmond, New Kent, and surrounding areas. Born and raised in Glen Allen, Cole has been surrounded by real estate and new construction his entire life, following in the footsteps of his father, a respected agent of more than 40 years. Entering the industry in 2016, he quickly found his own place and established a reputation for excellence.
Cole specializes in new construction and represents respected local builders including Anderson Home Construction, RCI Builders, Lifestyle Builders, Hamlin Homes, and Farrar Construction. With a strong background in land development and subdivision work, he brings a level of insight and strategic thinking that benefits both builders and traditional buyers and sellers.
